Sitting together with Your thoughts in a swing

Feeling the breeze with the fragrance of the

flowers of Chikoo tree You planted

 

Chikoo is now with more branches and fruits

often our little hero playing under it

Aunty came near me, showed the magazine with tears

Following her, our little hero hugging me with saying

Pappa,pappa,pappa…..

Embraced them but with no words to utter

I rushed towards our room

That was filled with Your fragrance

Shuttle rocket was placed as it was

Favourite books of Yours were felt lonely

In the wardrobe Your dresses were,

I’m always envious with them

They touched you more than me

Recalled the days of button up your shirts

Rocking chair was neared the bookshelf

You pulled me to sit on the lap,

Enjoyed the spiced pages together

You were so tall than Me

Tried to stand between you and mirror to dress up

Dressing mirror adored more wars of ours

While rejoicing the moon through window

Covered Your face by curtain and kissed You more

I was back to bed with reminiscence of our wedding night

That was interesting

You kept on talking,

After sometime, asked you

Will you? Or Shall I ?

While You looking at me

Kissed you on Your lips

You teased me always as I was raped by wife at wedding night

Physical attraction is common

Mental connect is rare

We had the both

Heart was beating not with the sound of lub-dub

But with the sounded memory of yours

As a wife of the bravest warrior must never cry

Living to make our little hero as you

Let him serve for the country
