Vaibhav Pande; A Master of Multiple Crafts- Ranging from Entrepreneurship to Literature to Public Speaking

You can achieve anything if you set your mind to it. In the life of Vaibhav Pande, this holds true. An Entrepreneur, Author, Motivational Speaker, TEDx Speaker, and Guest Panelist for News Channels like Aajtak, CNN, CNBC, Republic, etc. His journey has surely been inspiring, to say the least.

In the 20s, when people look for jobs, Vaibhav was creating jobs. Straight out of college, Mr. Pande co-founded Twin Win with Anshul Vashisht and Mayank Garg in 2012. Twin Win is a Skill Development Organization that trains thousands of individuals every year. Twin Win has also been awarded the Company of the year for the same. Today, students of Twin Win are studying in Ivy League Universities, working in top MNCs, founding companies, and whatnot.

When asked about the idea of the inception of Twin Win, Mr. Pande shares, “I was in my final year of Engineering when my first book got published and I incidentally became the youngest author from my state. I had realized way early that certain essential skills are needed to become successful in life. Marksheets cannot be hired! Thus, came the idea of Twin Win, an organization dedicated to empowering young minds with essential skills like Communication Skills, Profile Building, Innovation, Creativity, and most importantly Life Skills like Emotion handling, Money Management, Time Management, Stress Management, etc.”

Mr. Pande is also a prolific speaker. He is a TEDx speaker. He has also spoken at IIMs and United Nations events. He has been making headlines on National News Channels because of his Debates in National Media. It seems the journey has just begun. His talks generally revolve around motivation, life issues, business, education, and entrepreneurship. His multiple inspiring videos are doing rounds on social media also. He gives the credit to his parents, Dr. K.D. Pande and Usha Pande, citing that they were the ones who motivated him during childhood and taught him to give equal importance to speaking skills as marks. His mother was herself a debater in both English and Sanskrit. Thus, Vaibhav has solid command of English, Hindi, and Sanskrit language which makes him unique as a speaker.

On being asked about his recent book- ‘Soch Sanjeevani’, which became an Amazon Bestseller, Vaibhav responds, “Soch Sanjeevani is extremely close to my heart. I have tried to pour my innate emotions into words and tried to present certain solutions to the current problem faced by the youth in India. This book aims to provide remedial solutions to the negative-centric approach that never lets us spread our wings. I was overwhelmed with the response from my readers. I was elated to receive messages as to how certain lines from my book had motivated someone to start afresh in his career, rebuild relations with a lost friend, or had rekindled that patriotic feeling. I consider this as one of my biggest accomplishments.”

It seems difficult for someone to digest the fact that so many things can be done together. How does one find time to do such varied things; writing, reading, speaking events, and running a full-fledged organization? To his question, Vaibhav smiles and quotes Confucius, “Choose a job you love and you will never have to work a day in your life. “When you truly love what you do, you will find time for it. Early morning, I am writing poems, the daytime is spent taking meetings and managing my organization’s work, and the evenings are generally meant for News Debates/ Speaking Events. I love reading something fruitful just before going to bed. Thus, it never seems like work even when I am doing it on weekends.”

Vaibhav is an inspiration for youngsters to aim for the zenith and his life journey teaches us one thing – Anything is possible if you have the will and skill for it.

To quote few lines from his book –

“हिम्मत की जो ये मशाल तुमने जलाई है

सम्राटों के तलवारों से ज़्यादा ये काम आयी है”.
