Rani Durgawati: The Forgotten Life of a Warrior Queen published by Penguin India is her first non-fiction historical biography. The book debuted to widespread acclaim in November 2022, has consistently been in the Amazon Top 50 Women in History bestseller list since its launch, and recently made it to the shortlist of the Auther Awards 2023 in the best non-fiction category. Nandini is regularly invited to speak at literary festivals like the AKLF Kolkata Lit Fest, Times Lit Fest Delhi, VOW Chennai Lit Fest, Orange City Lit Fest, Bookaroo Delhi, Pondicherry Lit Fest, Kalinga Literary Festival among others as well as academic platforms like the South Asian Studies Association Conference by Loyola Marymount University in the US and TMYS lectures in India.
