Jyoti Jha- Author

An Author of three books, Jyoti Jha is an HR-turned-Author, Columnist, and Globetrotter. An esteemed winner of ‘TOI Write India Season 3’, she is a proud panelist and Guest Speaker in IIM Lucknow and IITs. A proud Speaker at the prestigious Times Lit Fest, an honorable Judge at Kashiyatra, IIT BHU, a Jury Member at Kritva, IMI New Delhi, and receiver of several literary awards like ‘Gargi Excellence Award 2023’, ‘Savitribai Phule Rashtriya Samman’, ‘Asian Literary Award’ by Asian Chamber of Commerce & Industries, ‘Iconic Authors 2022’, ‘Global Progressive Women Award 2022′ to name a few,  she contributes to both Hindi and English literature.

Emanating emotions, thoughts, and experiences, her books have been widely appreciated by readers and some prestigious media houses in the country. Jyoti has embedded the significance of self-reliance and education right from her early days which is evident in her Hindi novel ‘Aanandi’ depicting the essence of women empowerment through an emotional journey of a girl. The novel has been adapted into a Play by Let’s Inspire Bihar and the theatrical presentation recently took place at Vidyapati Bhawan, Patna during the Gargi Excellence Award ceremony. Shortlisted for PVLF Author Excellence Award, featured at reputed Literary Festivals, picked up to be made into an Audiobook, and launched at Bihar Hindi Sahitya Sammelan, the book has been making rounds among readers and literary circuit.

Reviewed by The Times of India, her short-story collection, ‘Heart’s Sanctuary & Other Stories’ has been appreciated by readers both in India and abroad. The book has been nominated in the Popular Choice category of Auther Awards by The Times of India and JK Papers.

She is currently working on her upcoming translated work ‘Chaubatiya’, a tribute to a writer father from a writer daughter.
